To use the Volunteer App or Branch Member App, you must:
The Branch Member App is intended only for authorised ABTMM members, office-bearers, employees, volunteers or representatives whose access has been approved.
Users below 18 years of age may use an eligible service only where specifically permitted by ABTMM and with valid consent from a parent or lawful guardian.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee:
ABTMM may verify application information and may approve, reject, suspend or request additional information regarding an application.
ABTMM may assign or change a user’s branch, role or access level based on organisational requirements.
You agree to:
ABTMM may require additional verification before allowing access to sensitive branch or member information.
Registering as a volunteer expresses your willingness to participate in ABTMM activities but does not guarantee that a task or opportunity will be assigned.
Volunteers must follow instructions issued by authorised ABTMM representatives and comply with applicable safety, conduct and confidentiality requirements.
ABTMM may reassign or discontinue a volunteer activity at any time.
Users of the Branch Member App may receive access to member, volunteer, branch, event or organisational information.
ABTMM may monitor and audit usage for security purposes.
You must not:
Users must behave respectfully and must not post content that is abusive, unlawful, misleading, or harmful to others.
Payments are processed through third-party providers. ABTMM does not store sensitive payment details such as PINs or CVV.
Payment issues may occur due to technical or banking delays. Users should verify with their bank before contacting ABTMM.
Donations are generally non-refundable. Refunds for errors or duplicates may be reviewed.
Users may submit content and grant ABTMM permission to use it for organisational purposes.
The App does not access camera or microphone. Event media may be governed by separate consent.
Users agree to receive service-related communications via app, SMS, or email.
Users must protect confidential information even after account termination.
All platform content belongs to ABTMM or its licensors.
ABTMM is not responsible for third-party services linked to the Platform.
The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
ABTMM does not guarantee complete accuracy of all information.
Accounts may be suspended for violations or security concerns.
The Platform is provided “as available” without guarantees.
ABTMM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Users are responsible for misuse or violations.
Terms may be updated and continued use implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
