Founded on Vision and Purpose
Akhil Bhartiya Terapanth Mahila Mandal (ABTMM) is a socio-religious, non-governmental organization dedicated to the holistic development and empowerment of women. Active across India and Nepal, ABTMM works at the grassroots level to strengthen women, families, and communities through education, awareness, and collective service.
Rooted in ethical values and social responsibility, ABTMM continues to serve as a platform where women come together to learn, lead, and contribute meaningfully to society.

Founded on Vision and Purpose
ABTMM was established in the year 1966 under the noble guidance of Acharya Shri Tulsi, with the objective of fostering the overall development of women. Recognizing the potential of women as agents of social change, the organization began its journey with a focus on education, self-reliance, and value-based living.
In 1982, ABTMM was formally registered as a Non-Government Organization, strengthening its organizational structure and expanding its reach across regions.

Guided by the Teachings of Acharya Shri Tulsi
The foundation of ABTMM is deeply inspired by the thoughts and teachings of Acharya Shri Tulsi, who emphasized moral values, social harmony, and disciplined living. His vision encouraged women to play an active role in shaping families and society through awareness, responsibility, and compassion.
Under his guidance, ABTMM evolved as a movement that blends spiritual values with social action, empowering women to lead purposeful and dignified lives.

Continuing a Journey of Collective Growth
Over the decades, ABTMM has grown into a strong network of 500+ branches with thousands of women members across India and Nepal. The organization continues to work through structured programs, training initiatives, and community-based activities that address social, educational, and cultural needs.
Carrying forward its founding values, ABTMM remains committed to nurturing leadership, encouraging participation, and creating a lasting positive impact through women-led collective efforts.
